A note about our cancellation policy:
Here at B+B Weymouth we’ve been working hard to stay up to date with government guidelines concerning the Covid-19 pandemic and this includes the subject of cancellations. We want to be as transparent with you as possible at this time so that you feel reassured that we’re doing everything we can to help you as our valued customers.
It goes without saying that none of us expected or planned to be in this extraordinary situation. We are a small independent business and, as such, this has hit our operation very hard. More than anything we look forward to reopening for business in the summer, and welcoming you back to our wonderful coastal location.
We acknowledge that you are legally entitled to a refund on your booking and, in an ideal world, we would very much like to facilitate this. Unfortunately, it is not something that we are able to do in the immediate future, although we will be making every effort to do so as soon as we can. We can’t give any time frames as we do not feel that it would be honest. In the meantime, we make an appeal to you to please move your booking to a later date, or accept a voucher. If you can see your way to do this it will help us enormously as we attempt to reopen. You really will be helping us at B+B Weymouth to stay afloat and to save jobs in our beloved home, and in the hospitality industry generally.
Thank you for your continued patience and understanding.
