By Road

From the A35 Dorchester Road, take the A354 to Weymouth. At the first roundabout take a right towards the town centre and seafront. Left at the next roundabout; Radipole Lake is on your left. At the Westham roundabout take the left over Swannery Bridge.

Option 1: At the Kings roundabout, take the 2nd exit into King Street and continue towards the clock tower on the seafront. Turn right and drive towards the Kings Statue; B+B Weymouth is on the corner of Westham Road at 68 The Esplanade by the Kings Statue. You will recognise it by the pillared porch with steps leading up to a big black front door and our name plate on the right hand wall. There are a few short-stay parking bays to the right of us and a few more on the other side of the road. But if you are offloading luggage and are collecting a parking permit, option 2 is easier!

Option 2: At the Kings roundabout, take the 3rd exit onto Commercial Road, drive past the car parks and take the 5th road on the left just before the pedestrian lights which is Westham Road. Drive up Westham Road to the top and stop in the loading bay on the right; you are now adjacent to the B+B which is located opposite the William Henry pub. Walk diagonally to the left corner towards the Kings statue and you’ll see number 68 on the pillar; come up the steps to the black door and ring the buzzer. If you have lots of luggage or need to collect a parking permit from us, this is the easier option. We can then show you where to park your vehicle.

Parking in Weymouth
Central Weymouth is either Permit or Pay & Display parking, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week including Sundays, evenings and Bank Holidays. Like many bed and breakfasts, we do not have onsite parking. We have a limited number of Parking Permits for central Weymouth, which must be reserved in advance - please note there is a £10 non- refundable cash deposit required for this service. Those permits not returned on departure will be subject to an additional replacement charge of £20. There are also Pay & Display car parks nearby that do not require Parking Permits. We strongly advise that you book your permit in advance. However a permit does not guarantee a parking place in high season. This requires determination, patience and a bit of luck!

We require a £10 deposit at check-in for the parking permit and we provide you with a parking map of the ‘H’ Zone; it is your responsibility to park within this zone. B+B Weymouth is not responsible or liable for any parking fines incurred by its guests who park outside of the designated area. Parking map.

We apologise in advance but this is a necessary procedure due to the limited number of permits the Council allow us to have for our guests.

Blue Badge Holder Parking Guide

We apologise in advance but this is a necessary procedure due to the limited number of permits the Council allow us to have for our guests.

Additional parking options:

1. There are many Pay and Display car parks in Weymouth. The nearest ones are Pavilion, Harbourside, Melcombe Regis, Park Street and Royal Yard and operate 24 hours a day
2. Overnight parking (between 7pm and 9.30am) is only £3.00 in the town centre
3. The Tourist Information Centre offers weekly permits during the summer season for £38 which works out at just over £5.00 a day. The permit is valid for The Swannery, Nothe Caste, Lodmoor Country Park, the East Beach car parks and all car parks on Portland.
4. There is a park & ride service between Lodmoor Country Park & the Kings Statue
5. Parking on the edge of the town is free and is within walking distance of the B+B. The closest area is East towards the Church, the Hospital and the Greenhill area; the residential streets at the back are free of parking restrictions.

Please note: if we have given you an “H” zone permit and you are unable to find a parking place within the designated zone, you may park in Melcombe Regis, Park Street, Pavilion, Governors Lane, Harbourside and Royal Yard car parks between 6pm and 9.30am the next day as long as you display the parking permit and are parked in a pay and display bay.

By Rail

There is a train from London Waterloo every half hour. From Weymouth station, turn left, walk up King Street towards the Jubilee Clock. Turn right onto the Esplanade and walk west towards the Kings Statue. We are the last building on the corner of the Esplanade and Westham Road where you will see number 68 on the pillar. Walk up the stairs and press the buzzer to the right of the big black door. You have arrived!”

On arrival
Check in time is 14:00 hrs and we will always try to have your room ready for your arrival. You are welcome to check in anytime, but if your room is not ready before 14:00 hrs then we can store your luggage for you. Check out time is 11:00 hrs.
